Project Manager - Partner Program Services (Hyderabad)

WHAT YOUR ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE

1. To conduct mid/ end term evaluation and impact assessments of livelihoods projects
2. To undertake baseline survey, value- chain analysis, market studies, feasibility studies and business plan for promoting livelihoods of communities as well as organisations working with them
3. To design livelihood based capacity building program (session plans, training modules and other aids) for various stakeholders
4. To prepare reports, presentations and other required documents based on requirement
5. To develop business through writing Expression of Interest and Proposals

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

1. Independently handle specific tasks assigned under projects
2. Take responsibility for and deliver specific requirements in teams
3. Spend significant amount of time in field on need basis
4. Demonstrate the ability to learn and deepen perspectives, vision and capabilities




Project Manager - Partner Program Services (Hyderabad)

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

QUALIFICATION: Masters in Agri- Business/ Rural Management/ MBA from reputed institute; Graduation from reputed college

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years in livelihood sector

LANGUAGE: Knowledge of local language preferred

CAPABILITIES - ESSENTIAL

1. Sound knowledge of research and study methodologies for both large and small requirements
2.Competent communication skills (written, spoken and presentation)
3. Strong analytical skills
4. Ability to use statistical tools for data compilation and analysis
5. Strong skills with spreadsheet software
6. Ability to plan, budget, implement and manage projects
7. Skills to prepare business plan
8. Ability to work with diverse team and engage with communities

PERSONAL QUALITIES& BEHAVIOURAL TRAITS

1. Awareness and appreciation of livelihood/ social sector issues
2. Ability to adapt to local culture and sensitivity to the physical hardship of rural India.
3. Ability to relate and empathise with marginalised community.
4. Time management skills
5. Enjoy working under pressure, deadline-driven and ability to adapt to a changing environment
6. High in cause orientation and resource consciousness
7. Good documentation and presentation skills
